Snout’s Christmas in July is taking place on Friday 27 July. Jarrod has put together a delicious festive menu and Justine has been sampling Christmas martinis.
The evening will kick off from 6.30pm with a festive cocktail or Forrest Brewing beer. The main course will be an alternate drop of Roast Pork and Roast Lamb, with all the trimmings.
Traditional plum pudding and chocolate chestnut roulade will round out the evening.

Christmas in July Menu
Guests will enjoy a welcome drink on arrival. Your choice of a festive Christmas martini (flavours of choc berry) or a Silvertop Beer from Forrest Brewing Co (a light bodied but creamy beer with a subtle of vanilla and apricot for warmth)
Roasted loin of pork (with Jarrod’s perfect crackle), spiced apple sauce, roasted root vegetables and gravy or roast lamb, mint jelly, roasted root vegetables and gravy.
Traditional plum pudding, whiskey anglaise and clotted cream or chocolate chestnut roulade with fresh berries and clotted cream.
