We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated cook or chef to join our fun, but hard working team.
The position is to work alongside Jarrod (head chef and owner) in our kitchen for approximately 24 hours a week on a casual rate. This position does include some nights (maybe 2 a month) and every second Saturday. No Sundays or split shifts!
The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen and be expected to have some knowledge of ordering, knife skills and timely food preparation.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn, enhance their skills and is passionate about food.
In time you will run the kitchen when Jarrod is away and be a part of the planning of menus for ordinary trading and our monthly dinners.
This position will start at the beginning of 2018.
